    This is such a great place to come! Literally the customer service I received from KOLE was phenomenal. I'm keto so I asked what options that I could have that they are familiar with ,he gave me some great suggestions and I ended up you doing the Coney Island foot-long chili cheese dog with no bun. It was so delicious and totally fit with my keto lifestyle this is great and  kudos for having an employee knowing about keto!

    Why do I keep going back here? Well, the tots are good at least. I really think they should find some employees who enjoy their job, hire some eager 16 year olds or something.. the crowd working tonight was dull, the girl taking our order sounded so monotone, I thought she was going to fall asleep. (It was only 8pm!)

    Then we pull up to the window and this girl was quick to hand us our milkshakes and send us off, turning her back to us, forgetting our food. I wasn't going to miss out on my tots. So we nicely remind her there's order and AGAIN, this girl turns her back to us before we can even ask for ketchup!

    Then on top of the poor customer service, they always mess up my drink orders. I order from the menu, nothing special- This time it was really poor food quality- the Oreos in my milkshake tasted like water crackers you would take at communion. It would've been better if they were stale, at least they might have some sort of chocolate flavor. The consistency was like Cocoa Puffs that had been left in milk for too long.. I only got to have a few sips of vanilla milkshake until I encountered my first gulp of this odd add-in that definitely wasn't Oreo, and definitely wasn't good.

    UPDATE: I dumped out my milkshake and grabbed one of the pieces of "Oreo," rinsed it off, and lo and behold, A CHOCOLATE WAFFLE CONE  Please, I beg of you Sonic on Harbor Blvd, change your employees, because this time, I'm never coming back.

    Used to be a pretty decent location, but things have changed. They more or less close up the stalls any time they please, resulting in a drive thru line at peak times that's insanely long. If I'm going to have to sit there for twenty or more minutes I'd at least like to park my car.

    Also, it seems like employees don't know Jack about their own product. Stopped by one night for a watermelon slush, dude says they are out (again, peak hours, crowded lot, nothing open but the drive thru). Stopped by again a couple nights later and asked if they'd replenished (this time we sat in the stall for easily ten minutes with zero response as to whether they were open or not, and it was again peak hours. When I read a poor review aloud while waiting that recommended we go elsewhere I went to start up my car and said "I think we will go somewhere else." All of the sudden dude says "oh sorry about that what can I get you?" Um... What? Do you guys just sit there listening and waiting to see how long it takes for people to decide to leave??). Same dude says they discontinued it. Wtf didn't they tell us that last time?

    In any case, crap service or not we won't be back. The watermelon slush was literally the only reason I went in the first place. No watermelon, no customer.

    I should have checked reviews. Somehow I paid over $6 for a vanilla shake, I ordered extra Oreo to get a couple pieces of Oreo placed on the top. The driest burger I've ever eaten. Jack in the box has a better shake. I rarely write bad reviews, but you charge people $5-$9 for a dessert, it should be what you ordered. Too lazy to blend? Ridiculous.

    Horrible Presentation went hand in hand with the sloppy gross Food. The cheeseburgers were soaked in mustard and ketchup that my nine year old could not eat it.
